Sales & Marketing Associate
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team and support the hotel’s commercial and promotional function.
This role combines responsibilities across sales support, online distribution, and marketing, contributing to the hotel’s commercial growth, contract follow-up, partner coordination, and promotional activity execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager and the Reservations Department.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the follow-up of B2B agreements and commercial contracts
• Communicate and coordinate with Travel Agents, Tour Operators, and other business partners
• Monitor the hotel’s presence across online sales channels and OTAs
• Assist with checks related to rates, availability, offers, and online content
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional actions, and special offers
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, offers, and commercial communication
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and commercial opportunities
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth execution of sales and promotional activities
Requirements
• Degree or studies in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience or internship in sales, reservations, hospitality, or marketing will be considered an asset
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Interest in hotel sales, online distribution, and marketing
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
