SALES SPECIALIST:
Nana Princess Hotel *****, prestigious member of Karatzis Group of Companies, is currently seeking for a talented SALES SPECIALIST
to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Introduce & explain product features and benefits to potential customers and partners.
• Promote our products and services to existing and potentials partners.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Manage partners projects and oversee the entire process from initial interest until the service goes live.
• Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide regular reports on bookings and sales metrics to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts, rates and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with hotel’s revenue objectives.
• Establish long-term partnership relationships, react immediately to issues, and demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of products and solutions.
• Attend relevant fairs and industry events to promote the company’s
products.
Requirements:
• At least three years of experience in a similar position.
• Travelling abroad often monthly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Greek and English additional languages will be considered as a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation techniques.
• Adopt a well-rounded approach that includes partners approach, relationship building, sales process and appointment setting.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
