Key responsibilities

• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of English (additional languages will be considered an advantage).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
