• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction throughout their stay.


Requirements
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of English (additional languages ​​will be considered an advantage).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
