This is where you come in - as we expand our presence, we are looking for a Store Manager to lead our store in Heraklion, Crete, someone who shares our passion for wellness, community, and exceptional customer experiences.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the customer experience, driving sales, and leading the overall performance of the store, reflecting the aesthetic and values of MA CHÉRIE.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Community
• Create a welcoming environment and deliver an exceptional and personalized experience
• Guide customers through the store and curate products suited to their needs
• Foster lasting relationships with the local community and returning customers
Store Operations
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth store functioning, managing basic business processes
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards by arranging promotional material and in-store displays
• Monitor inventory levels and product presentation
Performance & Growth
• Drive store performance and achieve sales objectives strategically
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and store performance
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying trends
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead by example and inspire the team
• Oversee daily team briefings and periodic training to ensure strong performance
Requirements
• High school degree
• Previous experience in retail (preferably in cosmetics)
• Experience in services/hospitality is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Strong organizational and operational abilities
• Advanced computer skills
