We are DRIVERSE HELLAS  and we are looking for a customer service-oriented Car Rental Agent to join our team in HERAKLION, Greece.
As a Car Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs, maintaining the rental fleet, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Drive a small mini van from our Headquarters to the airport to bring the customers back to us.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Complete rental transactions using our computerized rental system
• Perform vehicle inspections and record any damages or issues
• Coordinate with other rental agents to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental office and fleet
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Uphold company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
• Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with computerized rental systems
• Valid driver's license
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
