Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a well known company in medical technologies, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Medical Sales Consultant (based in Crete)

Job Description
•Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals and key customers within the assigned territory.
•Promote and provide scientific information regarding the company’s products to healthcare professionals.
•Implement the company’s sales strategy and execute sales action plans to achieve business objectives.
•Manage and further develop the customer portfolio within the assigned area.
•Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
•Organize and participate in scientific meetings, promotional activities, and conferences.
•Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities through the company’s CRM system and other internal tools.
•Ensure compliance with internal company procedures and the applicable Code of Ethics.
•Participate in training sessions and continuously develop product and market knowledge.

Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences or other related Life Sciences field.
•Previous experience in medical devices, or healthcare industry will be considered an asset.
•Good understanding of health sciences such as pharmacology, biotechnology
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Commercial mindset with the ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
•Excellent command of the English language.
•Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
•Team-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
