FRONT OFFICE MANAGER - VASIA BOULEVARD HOTEL:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager (FOM) to lead the Front Office team at Vasia Boulevard Hotel. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service excellence, and proven experience in managing front office operations within a high-quality hotel environment.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage daily Front Office operations.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Lead, train, and motivate the Front Office team to achieve service excellence and operational goals.
• Monitor room availability, reservations, and occupancy in coordination with Reservations and Housekeeping.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and compliance with hotel financial procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience as Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or similar leadership position.
• Excellent command of English (additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong knowledge of PMS systems and Front Office procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
• Hospitality or Tourism Management qualification is preferred.
