Your role:
The Airport Representative is responsible for welcoming guests at the airport, coordinating transfers, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
Responsibilities:
• Meet and welcome guests at the airport and assist during arrivals and departures
• Coordinate airport transfers and ensure smooth guest transportation
• Provide guests with essential travel information and conduct welcome / information meetings
• Act as the main point of contact and handle guest issues (delays, lost luggage, special requests)
• Liaise with airlines, transport providers and hotels to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
• Fluent in Romanian or Moldovan or Russian or all mentioned languages preferably (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in tourism, customer service, or airport operations is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle guest issues calmly and professionally
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills (emails, reports)
