FRONT OFFICE & GUEST RELATIONS SUPERVISOR:
Enorme Hotels & Villas is seeking a dynamic and communicative professional to join its management team in the newly created position of Group Front Office & Guest Relations Supervisor. The role is responsible for coordinating, training, and monitoring all Front Office departments across the group’s branded hotels, ensuring consistency in service standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with the company’s values and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for Front Office and Guest Relations teams prior to hotel openings.
• Conduct continuous on-the-job and on-the-spot training throughout the season.
• Mentor and support Front Office teams to maintain brand standards and service excellence.
• Oversee daily operations of Front Office departments across properties, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Identify performance gaps and provide hands-on coaching and improvement plans.
• Ensure consistency of guest experience across all branded hotels.
• Participate in the review and vertical integration of all Front Office operational procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Guest Experience Management
• Supervise the handling of guest feedback and complaint resolution.
• Monitor guest satisfaction reports and implement targeted improvement actions.
• Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to the Management team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Guest Relations Manager in 4* or 5* hotels.
• Proven experience in staff training and team development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel frequently within Crete.
• Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus).
• Valid driving license and availability to stay on-site at hotels when required.
