As part of our ongoing development, we are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at the newly renovated Oya Beach Hotel in Hersonissos.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle all front desk operations efficiently, including guest registration, room assignments, and payments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the property management system.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages with courtesy and efficiency.
• Support the Front Office Supervisor or Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements
• Previous experience in a hotel front office or guest service role is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
