As part of our ongoing development, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Reservations Agent / Supervisor to join our team at the newly renovated Oya Beach Hotel in Hersonissos.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily hotel reservations with accurate data entry in the system.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking modifications, and cancellations.
• Communicate professionally with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients to confirm and manage reservations.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, pricing, and current promotions.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with the preparation of reservation reports and occupancy updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care.

Requirements
• Prior experience in hotel reservations or front office roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and MS Office is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
