CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – AIRPORT STATION (RENT A CAR):

For the summer season 2026, our car rental company in Alikarnassos / Heraklion Airport is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:
▪︎ Provide friendly and professional customer service at our airport station
▪︎ Handle vehicle pick-up and return procedures
▪︎ Support the team in daily operations

Requirements:
▪︎ Valid driving license (Category B)
▪︎ Strong English communication skills
▪︎ German language preferred (90% of our customers are German-speaking)
▪︎ Team spirit, reliability, and responsibility
▪︎ Experience in customer service is an advantage
