CONTRACT SPECIALIST:

We are looking for experienced Contract Specialists for contracting and yielding to join our dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working in line with the needs and targets of source markets.
• Evaluating and taking necessary actions based on reports and analyses from source markets.
• Negotiating with hotel partners and establishing strong relationships and collaborations.
• Uploading contracts and special offers and other related to contract and yielding tasks to systems.
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining keen focus on follow-ups and meeting deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel agency or hotel industry with understanding of contracting, reservation, product and pricing.
• Strong communication skills verbally and in written in English.
• Having experience in German Speaking Markets is preferable.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with various departments.
• Capable of problem solving, questioning, researching.
• Analytical thinking.
• Open to self-improvement.
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively in business.
• Be able to take responsibility for task tracking.
• Compatible to teamwork.
• Resident or able to reside in Heraklion, Crete.
