• Track bookings, manage itineraries, and maintain calendars for guest arrivals, accommodations, and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with Snami’s partners, including hotels, villas, tour providers, and concierge services.
• Follow procedures to ensure smooth execution of client itineraries and address any issues for clients on the ground.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in operations or reservations management is an asset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional language skills (e.g., Russian or German) are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with reservation systems, CRMs, and OTA extranets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improvement.
What We Offer
