Responsibilities
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards by arranging promotional material and in-store displays
• Develop and implement strategies according to the sales objectives
• Provide feedback reports on buying trends, and customer requirements
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
Requirements
• High school degree
• Working experience in retail stores (preferably in cosmetics)
• Proficiency in English
• Advanced computer skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
• Customer service focus
