Chauffeur / Driver – Full-Time (Heraklion-Crete)

CASTOR & POLLUX / KA-ZA S.A. is hiring for summer 2026 a permanent full-time Chauffeur position in Heraklion-Crete.

We are seeking a professional and reliable driver (Category B license) to safely and comfortably transport our clients between designated locations on behalf of our travel agency and transportation company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive passengers with utmost care, ensuring safety, comfort, and discretion at all times.
• Welcome clients upon arrival at airports, ports, and hotels.
• Punctually pick up clients at the agreed time and location.
• Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage.
• Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and special requests before and during the transfer.
• Plan optimal routes in advance using GPS applications to ensure smooth and timely transfers.
• Stay informed of traffic and weather updates to adjust routes when necessary.
• Adapt itineraries when required to avoid delays due to traffic or road works.
• Maintain vehicles in excellent mechanical and aesthetic condition at all times.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and presentable before each transfer.
• Report any damages, malfunctions, or scheduled maintenance promptly.
• Follow the company dress code and maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role (chauffeur or professional driver).
• Excellent command of English (knowledge of a second language is an asset).
• Valid Category B driving license, clean criminal record, English language certificate, and doctor’s certificate of good health.
• Confident use of smartphones and navigation/communication apps.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a polite and discreet manner.
• Knowledge of the island of Crete and ability to answer clients’ local questions.
• Calm and focused under pressure or in challenging traffic conditions.
• Courteous, friendly, and client-oriented personality.
• Team spirit, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Impeccable personal appearance.
