Waiter
Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
• Present menus, take orders, and serve food & beverages according to service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
• Collaborate closely with the Service and Kitchen teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of hospitality, appearance, and behavior.
• Support the team in setting up and closing daily operations.

Required Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, ideally in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine-dining environment.
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
• Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Professional grooming and a welcoming personality.
