NIGHT RECEPTIONIST


Key Responsibilities
• Welcoming and assisting guests during night hours (check-in, check-out, information)
• Performing the Night Audit (end-of-day closing, transaction checks, reports)
• Monitoring reservations, arrivals, and departures
• Handling phone calls and emails throughout the night
• Ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift
• Maintaining a calm, friendly, and professional atmosphere for guests
Requirements
• Very good knowledge of English and German
• Previous experience in a similar role (Night Auditor or Night Receptionist) will be considered an asset
• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage (removed as duplicate)
• Familiarity with PMS systems (ideally Protel or similar)
• Ability to work independently and responsibly during night hours
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
