Role Description:
At etouri, driving business growth and delivering exceptional experiences to our partners and guests is at the heart of everything we do. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a key player in shaping sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the company’s expansion. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and help ensure that etouri continues to set the standard in luxury hospitality.
What you'll do:
• Conduct continuous competitive analysis to track market trends, competitor behavior, and evolving industry demands
• Support the creation of annual, quarterly and monthly reports, contributing to revenue forecasts and strategic growth initiatives
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to uncover opportunities for improvement and expansion
• Prepare clear, concise and insightful reports and presentations for management, highlighting trends, findings, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales goals, market realities, and client expectations
• Deliver exceptional customer service to partners and guests throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
What you'll bring:
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market dynamics and align recommendations with company objectives
• High attention to detail, especially in data analysis, reporting, and planning
• A customer-centric mindset with genuine commitment to understanding and addressing client needs
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with tools and technology for property management and a data-driven approach to sales and pricing
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a luxury rental setting is a plus
• Fluency in English and Greek; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related role in hospitality or luxury services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not a must.
