FRONT OFFICE MANAGER - ΧΕΡΣΟΝΗΣΟΣ
We are seeking an experienced and organized Front Office Manager to lead the reception team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front office operations, provide exceptional guest service, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality in line with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
▪︎ Oversee and coordinate daily front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
▪︎ Lead, train, and motivate the reception and guest relations team.
▪︎ Manage check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
▪︎ Supervise room allocations
▪︎ Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
▪︎ Monitor staff performance and ensure excellent communication across departments.
▪︎ Collaborate closely with the management team to achieve operational goals and guest satisfaction targets.
▪︎ Utilize Pylon PMS efficiently for all front office tasks
Requirements
▪︎ Εxperience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in 4* or 5* hotels.
▪︎ Excellent knowledge of Pylon PMS
▪︎ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
▪︎ Excellent command of English (additional languages are an asset).
▪︎ Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
▪︎ Ability to handle high-volume operations and multitask effectively.
