CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – AIRPORT (CAR RENTAL)
For the summer season 2026 (starting in April), our car rental company based in Alikarnassos / Heraklion Airport is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Working hours
▪︎ Fixed shift: 16:00 – 22:40
▪︎ 1 day off per week
▪︎ Salary depending on qualifications and experience
Responsibilities
▪︎ Provide friendly and professional customer service
▪︎ Handle vehicle pick-up and return procedures
▪︎ Prepare and complete rental agreements
▪︎ Assist customers with luggage and ensure smooth service
▪︎ Park and maneuver vehicles in tight spaces
▪︎ Transfer vehicles between our station and the airport
▪︎ Occasionally perform transfers to nearby hotels
Requirements
▪︎ Valid driving license (Category B)
▪︎ Good English communication skills
▪︎ German is a strong advantage (most of our customers are German-speaking)
▪︎ Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented
▪︎ Ability to work independently
▪︎ Previous experience in customer service is a plus
