GUEST EXPERIENCE & LOYALTY PROGRAM COORDINATOR:
At Enorme Hotels & Villas, we are looking for a Guest Experience & Loyalty Program Coordinator to join our team and help us create unforgettable moments for our guests.
Responsibilities
▪ Monitor and respond promptly to customer messages received via email, booking platforms,
and social media (Instagram, Facebook)
▪ Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
▪ Update the reservation system with relevant information for the front desk team
▪ Manage incoming phone calls, provide necessary information, and resolve customer inquiries.
▪ Respond to customer reviews on platforms (TripAdvisor, HolidayCheck, and Booking.com)
maintaining a professional and brand-consistent tone
▪ Prepare and share weekly performance reports on reviews for each platform
▪ Manage the operations of the Loyalty Program
▪ Provide support for customer inquiries related to the Loyalty Program.
Requirements
▪ Education in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
▪ Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or loyalty program management
▪ Experience in hospitality or service industry settings, ideally within hotels or resorts.
▪ Familiarity with CRM systems and loyalty program software will be considered as a plus
▪ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members at all levels.
