Your ‘day to day’:

•Lead the Indirect Retail Team in responsibility and provide effective guidance to meet business objectives.

•Identify market opportunities in sub-territory level, develop and roll out specific action plans to support the continuous growth of users.

•Monitor and analyze all relevant market information to maintain comprehensive knowledge of the region which supports business decisions.

•Increase product awareness through retail channel. Maximize product availability and manage out-of-stock situations in the Point of Sales by engaging & educating retailers to ensure the proper level of our brands stock.

•Analyze sales cycle results for the assigned area and provide constructive feedback to the Regional and Commercial Planning Teams to constantly improve quality design and standards of future sales cycles activities.


Who we’re looking for:

•Candidates who are based in Lasithi or Irakleio (or they’re willing to move)

•University degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Economics or in any other related field

•3-7 years of professional experience in Field Sales/Commercial roles

•A confident and positive attitude, focused on strong collaboration and positive influence

•Advanced problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to present complex concepts across the organization and make data-driven decisions

•Fluency in English and Greek (speaking and writing)

•Adept use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

•Valid driving license

•Completed Military obligations (if applicable)
