NUMO Ierapetra, Curio Collection by Hilton is an adults-only seaside resort showcasing Ierapetra, a lesser-known part of southern Crete, through a modern lens. In a sun-drenched, beachfront location surrounded by evergreen gardens, we are a barefoot luxury resort with earthy design touches and upbeat vibes.

Main Responsibilities
• Preparing food following recipe cards and according to production, portion and presentation standards
• Correct and safe operation of kitchen equipment
• Ensuring all safety and hygiene rules are followed following company policy and quality standards
Qualifications
• Cooking degree
• Good knowledge of Greek and international cuisine
• Relevant experience in a 5* restaurant or 5* hotel
• Excellent knowledge and application of food hygiene and safety policies and procedures
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and attitude with the aim of providing high quality service
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, teamwork and cooperation spirit
• Flexibility and adaptability
