The company Vassilakis Emm. S.A. - Vassilakis Estate, a visitable olive press located in Neapoli, Lassithi, Crete, and active in the field of tourism, wishes to recruit for the tourist season 2024 person for the position of in-house Customer Service Representative.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at the olive oil factory. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
As a Customer Service Representative, with your passion for olive oil, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction you will bring the experiences we offer to our guests to another level.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good command in both English & German.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
Good to have
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the food industry.
• Knowledge or interest in olive oil production and culinary arts is a plus.
