ONLINE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE:

TRAVEL SWEETY, a Leading DMC based in Heraklion, Crete is looking for an Online Support Executive to join our team in Heraklion Crete offices!

As an Online Support Executive, you will be responsible to upload all the necessary data of the hotels contracts on our Cyber system. The ideal candidate will work closely with the existing Contracting & Sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organizing and uploading contracts, hotels mapping, extra allotment,
release dates, stop sales on Cyberlogic system. Follow up of the
performance of the guaranteed contracts.
• Analyze the sales performance of its supplier and make accurate
recommendation based on comparisons to previous years. Manage last
minute changes and updates

MAIN SKILLS:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a DMC or TOUR OPERATOR in reservation
online department.
Strong experience of the Cyberlogic system.
Excellent Knowledge of the hotel contracting is a must.
• Strong understanding of local suppliers and market dynamics.
• Strategic/creative thinker with ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving experience.
• Experience on flash sales campaigns and bench analysis will be a plus.
Fluent Greek and English (written and spoken), and knowledge of French language will be a plus.
