EXCURSION SPECIALIST:

DANAOS TRAVEL GROUP, is currently seeking to recruit in Heraklion office an experienced person in the role of “Excursion Specialist”.

Job description:
• Setting – up and following up daily excursion programs
• Data entry of excursion reservations in the system
• Cost control and data entry of excursion expenses in the system
• Organization of excursions and all logistics required
• Collaboration with excursion suppliers, guides, etc.
• Collaboration with sales representatives
• Organization and follow up of excursion material (tablets, printers, vouchers)
• Monitoring sales statistics

What we look for:
• Work experience in the relative position will be evaluated
• Good knowledge of the destination of Crete and all the activities available
• Fluency in English and/or French / German (additional language will be evaluated).
• Communication skills and team spirit
• Computer skills
• Organization skills
