Metaxa Hospitality Group is looking for its ICT department based in Heraklion:
ICT Executive Assistant
Key responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the IT department management team,
including scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and managing emails.
• Create and maintain IT-related documentation, such as reports, manuals,
and correspondence.
• Process IT purchasing requests, new contracts, and financial budget reporting
• Maintain organized records of IT inventory, supplies,
and service contracts.
• Assist in basic IT project coordination, including tracking project
progress, scheduling, and communicating with team members.
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain IT records and databases.
• Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments,
ensuring effective communication, collaboration and scheduling.
Necessary qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Related 2+ years of experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of IT terminology and processes.
• Excellent command of the English and Greek language (spoken & written).
Desired qualifications
• Knowledge of hospitality & tourism business related processes.
• Experience working collaboratively within an IT department and 3rd parties.
