HOTEL MANAGER:

Ethereal White Resort & Spa – Heraklion, Crete

Ethereal White Resort & Spa, a contemporary 5-star boutique hotel in the heart of Heraklion, is seeking a dynamic, ambitious and hands-on Hotel Manager to lead its operations and contribute to its continued commercial growth.

We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional with strong operational experience, leadership abilities and a commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure consistently high service standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop the hotel team.
• Supervise and guide the existing Sales & Reservations department.
• Actively support new business partnerships and commercial opportunities, with particular focus on increasing winter occupancy.
• Monitor operational efficiency, costs, financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with ownership to drive operational excellence and business development.

Candidate Profile
• Experience as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a 5-star or other high-quality hotel.
• Strong hands-on operational and people management skills.
• Good understanding of hotel sales, revenue management and distribution channels.
• Proactive, hardworking, commercially minded and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
