CIVIL SITE ENGINEER:

A well-established, Athens-based engineering company is seeking a Civil Engineer for site supervision on major projects in Chania.

With a strong and growing presence in both public and private sectors, delivering complex projects across Defense, Security, High-Tech, and Renewable Energy (RES), they are looking for someone who is methodical, dedicated to high-quality standards, and reliable in meeting strict project deadlines.

As a  Civil Site Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

-Oversee the daily activities and progress of civil works projects, ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks.
-Review network plans and provide guidance on their implementation.
-Manage subcontractors and coordinate their efforts to ensure project timelines and quality standards.
-Handle logistics, including managing supplies of materials, machines, and equipment.
-Assess potential project risks and evaluate materials and costs to keep the project on track.
-Ensure compliance with relevant permits, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
-Prepare and submit technical files and documentation as required by the project.

For the Civil Site Engineer position, you need to have:   

-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
-4+ years of experience in a similar position, in construction site management.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
-Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations
