BUTCHER:

Kassaki Charcuterie is looking for an experienced butcher for the meat processing plant in Galatas Pediadas for permanent or seasonal employment.

Duties:
• Receipt, inspection and proper storage of meat
• Cutting and preparation of meat according to quality standards
• Compliance with food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
• Ensuring proper storage and maintenance

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of meat cutting techniques
• Desirable degree or certification from a butcher school
