HOTEL MANAGER – ALLSUN HOTELS CRETE:

allsun Hotels Greece is part of a dynamic international hotel group operating in Greece and Spain, offering a structured and professional working environment focused on service quality and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

→ Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of all hotel departments
→ Ensure excellent guest experience and consistent service quality
→ Lead and support department heads and hotel teams
→ Monitor operational performance and procedures
→ Handle guest feedback and operational issues professionally
→ Coordinate with Corporate departments including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Maintenance
→ Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene regulations, and safety standards

Candidate Profile:

→ Previous experience in a Hotel Manager or senior hospitality management role is essential
→ Strong leadership and organizational skills
→ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment
→ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
→ Good German is mandatory
→ Very good command of English is required
→ Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage
