Senior Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer
Heraklion, Crete | Full-Time / Hybrid

The Role
We are looking for someone who will holistically manage the brand’s digital presence — from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities
• Full social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Content creation (posts, reels, stories, art direction)
• Graphic design (social media, campaigns, website)
• Copywriting & brand voice (GR/EN)
• Website updates & overall digital presence
• Analytics tracking & growth optimization

Requirements
• 2–3+ years of experience in social media & design
• Proven end-to-end brand management experience
• Strong portfolio (aesthetic consistency & strategic thinking)

Skills
• Adobe Creative Suite / Canva (advanced)
• Strong understanding of multi-platform content strategy
• High aesthetic judgment & ownership mindset

Plus
• Video editing (CapCut / Premiere)
• AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT)
• Experience in hospitality, culture, or luxury brands
