Your role:
The Hotel Representative ensures guests have a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience by assisting them during their stay and coordinating with local partners.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests during their stay at the destination
• Conduct information / welcome meetings and provide essential travel guidance
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners
• Handle guest issues and special requests professionally
• Ensure high-quality service and smooth daily operations

Requirements:
• Very good command of German (additional languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in tourism, customer service, or airport operations is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle guest issues calmly and professionally
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
• Basic computer skills (emails, reports)
