VILLA HOST - ΗΡΑΚΛΕΙΟ ΚΡΗΤΗΣ

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Villa Host to join our team and provide exceptional service to guests staying at our luxury villas. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth check-in experience and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at the villas, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Verify reservation details and check guest identification to confirm booking accuracy.
• Provide guests with villa keys or access codes and offer detailed instructions about villa amenities, house rules, and facilities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the villas are properly prepared and ready for guest arrivals.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding villa features, local attractions, and available services.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Provide guests with essential safety information, such as emergency exits and villa security protocols.
• Support check-out procedures by confirming any additional charges and gathering guest feedback on their stay.
• Maintain an organized check-in area, ensuring all guest information is correctly logged and easily accessible.
• Ensure service quality, timely guest turnovers, and smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and optimize operational procedures in line with the company’s overall goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• Driving license is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
