HOTEL REPRESENTATIVE – HERAKLION (SUNWEB GUESTS)

As a Hotel Representative, you will be the main point of contact for Sunweb guests, ensuring a high-quality holiday experience and smooth communication between guests and hotel services.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming and assisting guests at the hotel
Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Handling guest requests, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Collecting guest feedback and reporting accordingly
Cooperating closely with hotel departments and Tour Operator teams
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a similar role (Hotel Representative / Tourism / Hospitality)
Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and team spirit
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment
