Your role:
The Tour Representative ensures guests have a smooth and enjoyable holiday experience by assisting them during their stay and coordinating with local partners.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist guests during their stay at the destination
• Conduct information / welcome meetings and provide essential travel guidance
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners
• Handle guest issues and special requests professionally
• Ensure high-quality service and smooth daily operations

Requirements:
• Fluent in Polish language (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle guest issues calmly and professionally
• Organized, flexible, and able to work under pressure
