Service Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the Service & Bar team.
• Ensure outstanding guest experience in line with the hotel’s service standards.
• Organize daily operations and staff schedules.
• Train, evaluate, and support staff development.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
• Oversee service quality, cleanliness, and staff appearance.
• Contribute to wine-pairing concepts and enhanced guest service experiences.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and support cost-control procedures.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of F&B procedures and fine-dining service standards.
• Ability to manage, inspire, and lead a team.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and guest-focused mindset.
