RECEPTIONIST:

Human Resources, for our company, is first priority, with its high operational standards and human-centred policy.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Front Desk position within a hotel environment
• Excellent command of German and English
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal behavior
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage demanding situations
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages
• Strong computer skills and experience with Protel PMS
• Flexibility, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities
