DUTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - REMOTE (CHANIA):

Do you possess excellent communication skills in the Dutch language and have a customer service mindset? Are you interested in working remotely from home from anywhere in Greece to avoid the daily commute to the office?

This is a remote full-time job opportunity and we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or are you looking at relocating to Greece.

In this position, you will service Dutch-speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

Responsibilities of a Dutch Customer Service Advisor include:

• Act as the first point of contact for all the Dutch speaking clientele
• Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, email and / or online chats
• Maintain solid customer relationships with Dutch customers abroad by handling questions with speed and professionalism
• Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems  
• Delight customers with your knowledge and expertise in order to exceed their expectations

A Dutch Customer Service Advisor  will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Native or excellent level in Dutch
• Fluency in English
• PC literacy
