AGENCY OPERATIONS MANAGER:

Salary: From €2,000 net/month
Location: Heraklion, Crete.
Start: As soon as possible
Type: Full-time, 12-month open contract

Your role:
Lead the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of travel services across the island.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily tour operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, guides, and internal teams
• Handle incidents and service issues
• Improve service standards and operational workflows

Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in operations within tourism
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
