SOUND & LIGHTING TECHNICIAN:

Key Responsibilities
• Sound & Lighting Operation: Operate sound and lighting consoles during rehearsals and live performances to ensure professional audio and visual quality.
• Equipment Setup & Configuration: Set up, test, and configure all audio and lighting equipment to meet the technical requirements of each event.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during shows to maintain seamless performance flow.
• Live Performance Support: Support live music and DJ setups, including microphone checks, soundchecks, and sound level adjustments.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of all technical gear including speakers, consoles, lights, and cables.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Team on programming, pre-visualization, and inventory organization to optimize performance quality.
• On-site Event Support: Provide hands-on technical assistance to performers and guarantee the smooth execution of all resort entertainment events.

Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience in live event sound and lighting operation, ideally within hospitality or entertainment venues.
• Knowledge of sound and lighting systems, DMX programming, and basic IT setups.
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English
