Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contracting Manager located in Iráklion. The Contracting Manager will be responsible for negotiating and managing accommodation agreements, liaising with hotel partners, and ensuring competitive rates and favorable conditions. Daily tasks include researching market trends, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, coordinating with the product development team, and managing contracts. The role also involves frequent travel within Greece to attend meetings and inspect properties.

Qualifications
▪︎ Strong negotiation and contracting skills
▪︎ Knowledge of the tourism industry and market trends
▪︎ Relationship management and communication skills
▪︎ At least Lower in English
▪︎ Ability to travel frequently within Greece
▪︎ Experience of at least 2 years in the specific position and in destination management or tourism is necessary.
▪︎ Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
