A BOOKING AGENT FOR OUR RESERVATION DEPARTMENT:

Our growing company (DMC) is looking for:
Main duties:
- Handling reservations, prepare travel itineraries (vouchers) and respond to customers (emails and telephone calls)
- Entering and managing records in our internal systems
- Customer service (mail & phone)

Required qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of French (at least level B2) and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to organize information & being flexible
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Diligent and eager to learn
- Previous experience in tourism (incoming) is obligatory
