We are looking for a talented & passionate Go to Market Executive, for our HQs in Heraklion (Crete) or Athens. The purpose of this role is to work with the Marketing Director, the Marketing & Commercial teams to shape the Go-To-Market planning in Greece and Cyprus. This will involve monitoring sports categories / product performance data across Cosmos Sport S.A banners, and the efficient coordination of marketing activities.

Responsibilities
•Development of the Go-to-market strategy (GR & CY); strategy formation, strategy implementation and strategy monitoring in line with Marketing strategy and marketing objectives.
•Monitor, collect and analyze categories / product performance data, per Cosmos Sport S.A banners, to drive data driven conclusions and decision making.
•Transform business data-led knowledge into specific strategic plans per Cosmos Sport S.A banners, balancing brand and commercial aspects.
•Develop and coordinate commercial and brand activation yearly calendars, identifying all consumer, global and local cultural key moments.
•Working closely with the Commercial and E-com teams to ensure all key products / categories are promoted in the best possible manner.
•Provide effective input on Offline and Online Marketing teams through GTM lens.
•Undertake competition analysis of existing and emerging players.
•Search and monitor local trends and consumer behaviors.
•Build strong relationships with vendors and all internal key stakeholders (Commercial team, E-com team, Online Marketing & Trade Marketing teams).
•Develop a detailed knowledge of the markets’ actual needs within sporting goods industry.
•Identify risks / threats of business development and develop responding plans.
•Be involved in ad-hoc initiatives / new marketing projects.

Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in Marketing, Merchandising or a related role is preferred.
•Thorough knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
•Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
•Fluent in Greek & English.
•Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills to reach actionable conclusions.
•Well-organized with an eye for detail and the ability to plan, develop, and execute GTM plans.
•Project management skills and team player attitude with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal team members as well as with external partners.
•Understanding of the sporting goods industry and market trends is considered a plus.
