ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

for full-time employment in the city of Heraklion, Crete.

Responsibilities:
• Management of the Ergani system (Hiring - Departures - digital work schedule)
• Bank reconciliation & supplier payment management
• Agreement of Funds and credit cards
• Entrance bridge agreement and regular record entries
• Agreement of financial statements of bank supplier customers

Required Qualifications & Characteristics:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, etc.
• Previous experience in similar roles
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Exceptional command of the English language (both written and oral)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team spirit and collaborative attitude
• Completion of military obligations (applicable to male candidates)

Desired Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Soft One commercial applications
• Understanding of Epsilon payroll applications
